Manage your DueBrief data safely.
Use the signed-in controls whenever possible. They verify your identity, show the exact scope, and preserve the deletion record without asking you to email sensitive content.
Account and workspace deletion
Sign in, open Settings, and use the deletion controls. Workspace deletion is Owner-only and has a 24-hour cancellation window. Account deletion requires recent password confirmation and is blocked while you are the only Owner of a workspace.

Email privacy@duebrief.com from the address connected to your account. Include only the request type and the workspace or account identifier. DueBrief verifies identity and authority before disclosing or changing information.
What happens after deletion is approved
Data becomes unavailable in active systems immediately. DueBrief then removes private objects and records through the governed deletion workflow and tracks retained backup removal within 30 days. Final legal exceptions and response deadlines require counsel review before public launch.
