1. Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern business use of DueBrief. A person creating a workspace must be authorized to act for that organization and must provide accurate account information.

2. Accounts and workspaces

Workspace Owners control membership, billing, publishing, evidence access, and deletion. Editors manage working content but cannot perform Owner-only actions. Customers are responsible for protecting credentials and removing access that is no longer appropriate.

3. Customer content

Customers retain their rights in uploaded documents, answers, questionnaires, and Trust Center material. They authorize DueBrief and its service providers to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the contracted service.

4. AI-assisted suggestions and review

DueBrief prepares suggestions from approved answers and cited evidence. Suggestions may be incomplete or unsuitable for a particular buyer. DueBrief does not approve or submit answers automatically; the customer reviews every response and remains responsible for exported or published material.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use DueBrief unlawfully or to violate another person’s rights.
  • Do not upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe, or bypass safeguards.
  • Do not access another organization’s workspace or evidence without authorization.
  • Do not resell or copy the service except under a written agreement.

6. Plans and payment

The Free plan does not require a payment method. Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Upgrades apply immediately with applicable proration; downgrades and cancellations take effect at period end. A failed payment has a seven-day recovery period before the workspace becomes read-only.

7. Suspension, cancellation, and deletion

Access may be limited for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, or a material breach. Customers can cancel through billing settings and request account or workspace deletion through the product. Product deletion removes active access immediately and tracks backup removal within 30 days.
